In a quest to lose my pregnancy weight, I found Blogilates. Blogilates is a pilates YouTube-based workout, created by uber-cheery, Cassey Ho. And I mean that sincerely. In fact, Cassey is so charming and upbeat, that you almost forget how much pain you are feeling during her workouts. But then reality sets in and you realize this beautiful drill-sargeant is putting you through your paces. My husband calls her the pilates dominatrix. :) Cassey is like your virtual BFF / personal trainer. I am positive she lights up every room she enters.
Cassey also created a DVD, POP Pilates, which I bought. It is fantastic. However, some of the moves are pretty advanced, especially for me, since I am still recovering from a c-section. She does offer modifications per move. I'll persevere.
